Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through the OPTrillion Edutech platform (https://edutech.optrillion.org). By enrolling in a course, workshop, or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. General Policy Overview
We strive to deliver high-quality educational content across diverse fields such as trading, formal academics, fitness, and fine arts. Due to the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access to course materials, refunds and cancellations are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
a. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a course due to a verified technical fault on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may request a full refund.
b. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged more than once for the same course or subscription, the extra charge(s) will be refunded upon verification.
c. Accidental Purchase
Requests for refund due to accidental purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, without having accessed more than 10% of the course content.
Refunds are not applicable in cases where the course content has been significantly accessed, downloaded, or completed, even partially.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Dislike of content format, delivery style, or instructor
Failure to complete the course or meet personal expectations
Ineligibility due to user’s location, device limitations, or prerequisites not met
Content bought on discounted/sale price or through coupons, unless a valid technical reason applies
4. Cancellation Policy
a. One-Time Course Purchases
Once purchased, courses cannot be canceled after payment is processed.
b. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Subscription-based access can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will take effect from the next renewal date, and no pro-rata refund will be provided for the current period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at edutech@optrillion.org within the applicable refund period, including:
Your full name
Registered email address
Course or service name
Transaction ID or invoice number
A brief reason for the refund request
We will typically process requests within 7 business days of receiving a complete and valid request.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
To the original payment method used during the transaction
Or via bank transfer (in select cases), depending on payment provider policies
We are not responsible for any processing delays by banks, credit card companies, or payment gateways.
7. Exceptional Cases
OPTrillion Edutech reserves the right to:
Refuse refund requests that violate our policies or show signs of abuse
Offer alternative resolutions (e.g., course credit, extension, platform voucher) where a full refund is not possible
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
